Respraying is not a remedy for structural defects or every type of substrate failure. Suitability, access, weather conditions and operational restrictions must be reviewed for each site.
Can respraying be an alternative to replacement?
Yes, where the existing material is sound and a compatible coating system can be specified. Damaged or unsuitable surfaces may need repairs or replacement first.
Can work be planned around site operations?
Phasing, access arrangements and working hours can be discussed. The level of disruption depends on the building, work scope and operational requirements.
