Project overview

The Devere Building in Sunderland, a 60,000 sq ft warehouse, was resprayed in RAL 7021 black grey across all cladding and exterior brickwork, with shutters, trims, windows and doors in RAL 9005 jet black. Application

All cladding and exterior brickwork were resprayed in RAL 7021 black grey. All shutters and trims were resprayed in RAL 9005 jet black, as were the windows and doors to the main office building.

Site considerations

The site remained live throughout the three-week programme, with works carried out from scissor lift and cherry picker access across the building’s elevations.
